Safea is an artist, she must draw the faces of her rapists and report them.What they did has nothing to do with executing their job
Security officers are obliged to maintain the SECURITY. They can detain individuals, question them investigate facts, and look for evidence. Any act beyond this needs to be reported and investigated.
