Ethiopia Cartoon fraud by Ares

With this cartoon, and other one, I has won the "First Prize" of the "First Ethiopia cartoon contest 2009", you can see the rules at

But... the organizers has only, ONLY, an email address:
ethiopiacartoons@yahoo.com
and they never, NEVER, answer my emails. Really... I become a victim of a fraud. The rules said I has won 3000 usd, hahaha!. My question is: Who has my money? Fatule Bermanu ( the organizer)?

Pero... los organizadores tienen solo, SOLO, una dirección de correo electrónico:

y ellos nunca, NUNCA, han respondido mis correos. Ciertamente... me he convertido en victima de un fraude, según la convocatoria gané 3000 usd, jajaja!!! Mi pregunta es: ¿Quién tiene mi dinero? ¿Fatule Bermanu (el organizador)?
Queridos colegas, !tengan cuidado con los concursos de humor gráfico si no están seguros que la convocatoria proviene de una fuente fiable!
